Important information about "PL tones" vs "call out tones":

 

- PL tones are NOT the same as "call out" tones.
- I do NOT need PL tones as they are irrelevant to these pagers.
- "Call out tones" are needed to make the pager beep or vibrate.
- Without them, the pager will be programmed as monitoring only.
- "Call out tones" are rarely published online.
- If you don't have them, consult your chief or radio system administrator.

- PLEASE NOTE: We will not change any operating information of the pager, We can change a single channel pager to a two channel pager via engineering data. Adding the 2nd channel and changing the band split up one or down one is basically the only thing you can change without really messing anything up. PS...I KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

We do not need any cords, chargers, cradles, etc. Please send just the pager only. Please be sure to include a hard copy of your information in the package including your name, return address and all of the necessary programming information. Please be aware of what information you need to edit, add, or delete ahead of time. We're not responsible if the wrong channel and/or tone information is provided to us. We can NOT look up this information for you. You have to know it prior to programming. Online databases (like radioreference.com) will NOT provide the needed information.
If you're unsure, please consult your department chief or radio system administrator. Please purchase tracking or delivery confirmation before you send the pager to us! We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged units in route to us from you.
